At Learneefy, we value our learners and strive to provide the best online learning experience for kids, parents, and teachers. We understand that sometimes situations may change, so we have created a simple and transparent refund policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

Course Fees

If you cancel your enrollment within 7 days of purchase and before attending more than one live class/session, you will be eligible for a 90% refund (10% deducted as administrative and processing charges).

If you have attended 2 or more live classes/sessions, or accessed more than 20% of course materials, no refund will be issued.

Workshops & Short Programs

For one-time workshops or short programs, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the start time are eligible for a 70% refund.

No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time or after attending.

Digital Products & Study Materials

Payments made for e-books, worksheets, or downloadable content are non-refundable, since these are digital products delivered instantly.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please email us at support@learneefy.in with your enrollment details and reason for cancellation.

Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Course Transfer Option

Instead of a refund, you may also choose to transfer your fee to another Learneefy course of equal or lesser value (only if the request is made within 7 days of purchase and before attending more than one class).

Non-Refundable Situations

Change of mind after attending multiple sessions.

Incomplete attendance due to personal reasons (unless informed and approved in advance).

Internet or technical issues from the learner’s side.
